01Who we are

Digitelly (“we”, “us”) builds AI automation, AI agents and custom software for businesses around the world. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we look after it and the choices you have.

We are responsible for the personal information described here. If you have any question about it, write to our privacy contact at support@digitelly.com.

02What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and run this website:

  • Details you give us. When you leave your details in our chat assistant, email or call us: your name and email address, and if you choose to share them, your company, phone or WhatsApp number and a short description of what you would like built.
  • Chat messages. What you type into the chat assistant is used to write a reply to you (see “Our AI chat assistant” below). We do not store your conversation.
  • Technical information. Like any website, our servers automatically receive basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the website working and secure.
  • Cookies and local storage. A few small files that keep the website working (see “Cookies” below).

Please don’t share sensitive information (such as health, financial or identity documents) through the chat or the form. We don’t need it.

03How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project;
  • to prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver our services;
  • to keep this website secure, prevent spam and fix problems;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We don’t send marketing emails: we only contact you about the enquiry you made. We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

04Our AI chat assistant

The chat assistant on this website writes its replies with artificial intelligence. To do that, the messages you type are sent securely to an AI service provider that processes them only to generate the reply.

  • We don’t store your chat. When you close the chat or reload the page, the conversation is gone from our side.
  • Only the form is saved. If you choose to leave your details, only what you type into the form is saved, so our team can reply to you.
  • The assistant can make mistakes. Anything important (prices, timelines, what we can build) is confirmed by our team.

05Why we are allowed to use it

We only use your personal information with a valid reason:

  • Your consent: for example when you send us your details in the chat form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Taking steps before a contract: answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal you asked for.
  • Legitimate interests: running a secure website and keeping basic business records, in ways you would reasonably expect.
  • Legal obligations: when the law requires us to keep or share information.

06Who we share it with

We only share personal information with companies that help us run this website and our business, such as:

  • our website hosting provider;
  • the AI service provider that writes the chat assistant’s replies;
  • our email provider, when we write to you;
  • font services that deliver this website’s typefaces (they receive your IP address, as any website would).

They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy keeps applying).

07International transfers

We work with clients around the world, and some of our service providers are based in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your own country. When it is, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected, for example by using providers that offer recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

08How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry, work with you and keep the business records the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

09How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to your information and trusted providers. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you and the authorities about a serious breach where the law requires it.

10Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information;
  • stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use;
  • send your information to you or another company in a common format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn’t affect what was done before).

Email support@digitelly.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.

If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to your privacy regulator: in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.

California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

11Cookies

Today this website only uses what it needs to work: a session cookie and a security cookie that protects our forms from misuse. It also stores two small preferences in your browser (light or dark mode, and whether the chat plays sounds). None of these track you across other websites.

We may add analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future to understand how visitors use the website. If we do, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

12Children

This website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Other websites

This website may link to other websites and tools, such as a booking calendar. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new tool. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on this page.
